Enrollment Procedures

1. School Tour

Schedule a tour online or with the front office. During the tour, you will learn about the history of our program, and learn more about our curriculum and standards. This is the perfect time to ask questions and learn more about our school. Upon arrival, you will complete an information card and receive more info about availability and our waitlist.

Entrance Exam

All students applying for upper grades (K4-2nd) must take the admissions test. The admissions test may be scheduled online.  

2. Submit Application and Application Fee

The enrollment application links for preschool and elementary are below. All fields should be answered on the application. You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your application. If you do not receive this email, we did not receive your payment. A yearly non-refundable $50 Application Fee is required for all students.

This fee covers all costs associated with processing the student's application. This fee does not secure the student's space. Only the payment of the enrollment fee secures your child's space.

*All fields in the enrollment application must be filled. If an answer is unknown, please type "N/A".

3. Select a start date

Upon reaching this step, students may enroll immediately after paying the non-refundable enrollment fee if space is available in their age group, or they will be placed on a wait list for the first available opening. Students may also choose to set a start date for the beginning of a summer term or the beginning of the following school term. After submitting your application, a member of our accounting team will create a 'SmartCare' profile for you and your child. SmartCare is our childcare management software. SmartCare will send you an email invitation to join the SmartCare app and this is where you will secure your child's space by paying the enrollment fee.
